This cake was created for a male birthday celebration with a large number of guests.  The Vanilla Orange cake is such a delightful flavour in combination with orange custard and vanilla orange buttercream makes for a tangy but sweet assault on the senses.  The cold season means we have plenty of fresh, full flavoured SA grown citrus around, that is what makes this cake extra tasty!

There have been so many semi-naked drip cakes around, but you don’t often see one without flowers & pink!  The salted caramel drip & other elements were chosen to suit the party theme.
