Vanilla raspberry cake with fresh berries, indulgence

Vanilla icing with a modern twist including fresh berries and fruits. Housemade raspberry compote in a strike design with fresh pomegranate.

This cake was created with our very popular chocolate cake, filled with fresh strawberries & chocolate cream.  *Fresh fruits & filling are optional extras

Fully iced with Vanilla cream, with a Housemade raspberry compote used to create the red “strike” look, including fresh berries and pomegranate seeds.

And we topped it off with a cute buttercream rose flower.

The result is clean, modern and stunning.  This cake was created for a celebration party after a fitness competition, for an amazing lady who worked so hard to achieve her goal. 🙂

It was required to be refined sugar free and Vegan to cater the guests. (Of course, it was also free from all the other usual suspects as well)
