Even an “I am not a banana fan” person loves this cake. Ever since this flavour was listed on our indulgence range Chocolate, caramelised banana with salted caramel it has been the most popular so far.

Just on a side note,  the smallest cake we have is the 6″ round, for this little cake we used 3 whole bananas, between the layers and the topping.  You will end up with plenty of bananas for sure!

And they taste even better when they are caramelised and drizzled with a generous amount of our rich dairy free salted caramel.

This particular cake was requested to be made “Refined sugar free”. By using organic coconut sugar, rice malt syrup and unrefined organic muscovado, we can still achieve the sweetness required.
