Dream Catcher, Sweet Blossom

This cake was created  entirely with buttercream, and no artificial colours. It has a realistic dream catcher with buttercream flowers. Gluten free, Vegan (No Diary or Egg) , Soy free and Nut free.

When we get inspiration, we draw it on blank paper, and decide on little details such as colours, design, theme. This gives us an overall plan on how we are going to achieve the end result, using only buttercream and no artificial food colouring.

After that we start to prep the major elements; the Cake & Buttercream.

The cake is baked & cooled. The buttercream is made & rested.
Finally it is time to be creative. And still, we are not sure if it is even possible, with the thoughts running through our minds.

“Will this cake impress people?”

We see each little element, all the tiny details… always questioning, but in the end they all make a difference.

So we keep working…. until the final element is added.

And we finally get to smile. 🙂

Something magical, dreamy and rustic.  We put everything into this creation. We love all our creations (In fact, we call them cake babies 🙂 ) but this design will be in the memory banks for a while.
