This lovely hand piped cockatoo was drawn on top of 48 mini cupcake, making serving a dream!
For this creation we have chosen our “Hummingbird” as the cake flavour; a perfect blend of Banana and pineapple with hint of cinnamon. Beautifully moist but not soggy and an almost spongy texture. We have created a similar cupcake pull-apart in the shape of a number (click here) if you haven’t seen it yet. This impressive cake was created on a 48 mini cupcake canvas to cater for little people having fun outdoors. With this sort of group is it a given that various allergies & dietary requirements be required. Being Gluten free & Food colouring free this cake already ticks a big box. Added to that it is also free from dairy, egg, soy and nut whilst being vegan friendly. This means our cake covers majority of food allergies.

Cockatoos are one of the most fascinating creatures in our area. We are always amazed how “Smart” they are. They seem to know exactly when our home grown crops are ready to be harvested and when we are not home, decimating them in a couple of hours. 🙂 Still, they were here before us, and I love seeing them around and kids love chasing them off too (Our sons favourite quote while chasing them off is “I will eat you for lunch, dodgy cockatoo’s”).
