Doughnut Stack Cake, Something Unique

This cake is free of all the usual suspects, Gluten, Egg, Dairy and Nuts. It is also Vegan friendly and can be made soy free if required.  Doughnuts can be supplied for desert table or catering purposes.

Who doesn’t love a doughnut (or should we say “a few doughnuts”?)

This doughnut idea has been our “TO-DO” list for a while, and we are very happy to announce that we finally have doughnuts added to our stable along with everything else.

So, What is special about our doughnuts?

These are soft & moist cake doughnuts that just melt in your mouth. 🙂

Our doughnuts will be sold as a pack – One pack contains 24 of these little goodies.

You can choose up to 2 flavours / pack

A quick note about glaze and decoration, they are fully set (not wet)

For example, the glaze will melt if you hold the doughnut with your finger due to your body temperature, just like any chocolate will.

BUT !

As long as they are kept in a reasonable temperature range (today was a warm summer day, so they passed our test outdoors) the glaze and chocolate decoration will not melt, be smudged or squashed by the other doughnuts, even if they are stacked on top of each other. No one (especially kids) would like to lose their topping to the doughnuts above, or get the squashed ones at the bottom (they taste completely different according to some)? 🙂

Because we are Bloominghills and we create magic in our own kitchen, we can always jazz up your cake with couple of buttercream flowers, fresh fruits or even with extra drizzle of a chocolate ganache!  🙂

We can make you a personalised chocolate cake topper, or we can find you one within your budget, like the one above.  This is also great way of serving little ones without the hassle of a knife or plates. Get the same feel as a birthday cake but with the added convenience of one doughnut per person . 24 doughnuts takes same amount of batter as our 6″ cake, but normally the 6″ cake will give only 10-12 servings. So not only does it look quirky and awesome, but it is also “budget friendly” for a larger amount of guests. 🙂
