White Scabiosa, Sweet Blossom Cake, Vegan Buttercream Scabiosa Flowers and textured naturally coloured frosting — (Lavender blue textured icing)

We used two different types of buttercream for icing. An Apple Vanilla buttercream was used as the base and then a lavender blue coloured buttercream (free from artificial food colouring, of course!) was placed on top used to give this gorgeous effect.

This cake was all about – Clean, white, elegant and natural.

This themed sweet blossom cake will make a perfect Wedding or engagement cake and will look amazing as part of a tier cake as well.

The good thing about our sweet blossom cakes are that, you don’t need to get flowers separately, and you can eat them rather than discard them.
