Tropical berry wholesome goodness cake has a flavour of creamy mango and berry with hint of lime. The texture is somewhere between cheesecake and jelly. It is best to serve when chilled (So refreshing!), but still full of flavour even when served in room temperature. This cake was made with strawberries but raspberry, blueberry, cherry, even blackberry will go very well.

The base, contains NO NUTS, but it has the texture of a nut based crust created by various seeds. It is crunchy, slightly chewy & lightly sweetened. We can switch the base to cacao base like the Salted cacao cake crust
