Stained Glass effect cake, Something Unique, glass effect created with chocolate and  fruit & vegetable buttercream.

Here is our another something unique creation without any food colouring or fondant. All the colours derived from vegetables and fruits in a smooth (Vegan) buttercream. Vegan chocolate has been used for “Lead” lighting.

This special cake can contain 5 different pictures or drawings to suit your theme.

This cake was created for a someone who loves flowers, but there is no limit, it could be a kids birthday cake with their favourite items, it would be an animal themed cake or even a message cake.

It is definitely not the kind of cake that we can ice and put a squirt of cream on the top. The hardest part was achieving this stained glass effect with buttercream. It requires a lot of time and different techniques, all while avoiding using the age old food colouring “Painting” method on sugary fondant.

Is it worth it? We absolutely loved how it turned out.

It is certainly the kind of cake that will impress anyone, but the best part is it can be eaten without gilt from artificial food colouring or having to remove the crazy sugary fondant, and as an added bonus it will cater for almost anyone.
