There is something magical about caramelised bananas; They turn an ordinary flavour into something luxurious. Caramelising the banana’s takes a bit more time – Not only does it require cooking them, but they need to cool completely before we can use them.

Our cakes come in 3 layers (most of the time), the caramelised bananas are placed in between each layer of the cake, along with chocolate buttercream (Diary free, egg free, Vegan).
