It all started from Earl Grey,  good quality organic Earl Grey tea gets infused and the actual tea leaves are added to make this into a tea lover’s dream cake.

There has to be something to bind all these warm flavours; Earl Gray tea cake with caramelised apple combined with Cassia cinnamon in the middle layer for a sneaky bit of texture.

We created something a bit different this time.  We don’t necessarily eat cake only on special occasions. Why not even catching up with friends for a cuppa? This cake will please everyone.

Cake flavour is mild, it is clean, not too sweet or heavy. There is no dominant flavour that stands out, but this cake will make you “Happy” .

It is different from the norm… but sometimes, we need something simple that is warm and very comforting!
