Classic range Madagascan Vanilla cake filled with fresh strawberry compote, topped with chocolate glaze, coconut and silky smooth vanilla frosting. Decorated with native Australian flora.

We have realised that our very first Australia Day is not far away. We have been thinking…. how do we create a cake that symbolises Australia in a Bloominghills way..?

With this in mind, we have created our 2018 Australia day gift box.

It started from our signature classic flavour, super moist Madagascan Vanilla cake.

The cupcakes are filled with strawberry compote,

Topped with Chocolate glaze & coconut,

Next our silky smooth vanilla frosting to highlight the flowers, and the cakes are ready to be decorated.

And this is how we interpreted the Australian Classic “Lamington” in our way.

And finally they have been fully Bloomed.

Australian Native Flora, are a bit tricky to create with buttercream unlike other petalled flowers, they have that unique Aussie feel.

Mini cupcakes are cute, perfect cocktail size cakes. If you are going to have a large number of guests or children, This might be the right one for you.

Standard cupcakes are a good dessert size, the flowers have a bit more detail than mini ones as we have more space to play with. This will impress anyone if you are thinking it as a gift.

We had 2 lucky customers from our Facebook page win these cupcake boxes.

Both customers gave us great reviews of the samplers, so we are proud to announce they are up for sale for Australia Day!

Please note that the flower designs and combinations on the cupcakes may differ from the examples. Every single cupcake flower is hand piped, with creams mixed in small batches. Due to this the colour may vary slightly from above images but overall feel will be the similar to the photos.

As you can probably imagine, our cupcake boxes take a lot more time to create, hence the number of boxes we can create for this period is very limited. We will update the page when all the boxes have been sold.

Terms & Conditions

Order must be placed and FULLY PAID before 23rd of January 2018. Please get your orders in fast, there will be a limited number of boxes available. No refund will be given for any cancellation.
Pick up in Littlehampton SA 5250, between 25th January after 5pm – 26th January before 12pm.
