If you are after a traditional cake, Bloominghills classic has a wide variety of flavours. Believe it or not, they are all Gluten free, Dairy free, Nut free, Soy free, Egg free and Vegan friendly but still as tasty as normal flour cakes (if not better!). Our creams are very unique, they are silky smooth(not gritty or crusty), not overly sweet and very moreish. There is almost no limit when it comes to the cream flavour. We always use real fruits and/or ingredients to colour and flavour our creams.
We use real chocolate for our ganache (Vegan/Dairy free option available), and use Italian meringue buttercream, Swiss meringue buttercream and our very special Bloominghills vegan buttercream depending on design.
All Indulgence range cupcakes are piped in one colour cream/frosting and topped with a simple garnish, e. g. little chocolate topper, roasted coconut, chocolate chips, cacao nibs etc. (* Fresh fruits extra). You can choose how you want them to be piped as long as it can be piped directly on the cupcake eg. simple high swirl, rosette, ruffles. etc.
You can choose your favourite cake flavour and cream. It does not have to be Chocolate for chocolate, some people like chocolate with strawberries, others will like coconut bliss with mango frosting. You can even pimp up the cupcakes with extra fillings and fresh fruits (*extra cost), to make them super fancy. Everyone is different and we love to be creative!
We often get asked, “how big are your cupcakes?” Did you know that there are so many different sizes that people call standard? Each baker uses different size cupcake liners, some use smaller diameter but tall ones, while others use wider diameter but shorter ones.
Our mini cupcakes are about two bite size. We weigh the batter to exactly 20g, in a mini liner before it goes into the oven. They get topped up with wicked frosting and become the perfect cocktail or kid size cupcakes.
Our standard cupcakes are a good size for anyone craving cupcakes, 70g of batter goes into each liner before baking. Depending on the design, they often have generous amount of frosting so you can lick your fingers as a final finish after the cupcake is all gone!
Our cupcakes cater for most common allergies and dietary requirements so you don’t have to worry. Not to mention these cakes taste just as good if not better than the normal ones, no one will believe it is “Allergy Friendly!”
