Indulgence Vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream covered in coconut flakes, this is then topped with a fruit medley to create the flan look.
Created for a bride who has an issue with gluten. She needed something she could share with her friends, family and new husband. So we designed this 4 tier (Base tier is actually double stacked), beautiful wedding cake, which ticked all the boxes and catered for most allergies, meaning no one had to miss out.
Created for a little man turning 8, we tried to avoid flowers on this one and added some interesting chocolate garnishes. All the toppings are made in house, ensuring that no nasties are introduced.
Created for a pair of twins having a birthday party, each side has a unique set of eyes and decorations. The horn and ears are made with coconut bliss, making them a pleasure to eat as opposed to the fondant version.
